RNC Chairman Priebus has been a stout supporter of President-elect Trump. He even sparred with Ohio Gov. Kasich, former Florida Gov. Bush, and Senator Cruz for not supporting Trump. Well now that support has been rewarded as President-elect Donald Trump has appointed Priebus to the position of White House Chief of Staff.
The role of Chief of Staff oversees the Executive Office of President. It is a very vital position and holds a ‘YUGE’ amount of responsibility. Priebus, as Chief of Staff, will be a top aide to President Trump and will help him manage his Presidential duties.
Another bombshell announcement was dropped by President-elect Trump as he decided that the executive chairman of Breitbart News, Steve Bannon, will be his chief strategist and senior counselor in his administration — once he takes the White House on January 20th, 2017.
“Steve and Reince are highly qualified leaders who worked well together on our campaign and led us to a historic victory. Now I will have them both with me in the White House as we work to make America great again.”
